Le mod\u00e8le de partenariat de la FRH permet de mettre l\u2019accent sur quatre principaux d\u00e9fis pour le Canada : (1) l\u2019apprentissage \u2013 \u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, (2) renforcer la culture de l\u2019innovation au Canada, (3) promouvoir le don et le b\u00e9n\u00e9volat, et (4) favoriser le leadership. Le discours d\u2019installation de 2010 de David Johnston formulait le souhait d\u2019une nation plus \u00e9clair\u00e9e et bienveillante. La FRH est n\u00e9e de cette vision initiale, et aujourd\u2019hui elle vise \u00e0 encourager une culture du don plus forte et \u00e0 renforcer le secteur caritatif. Pour y arriver, et afin de mieux comprendre comment le don \u00e9volue et ce que nous pourrions tous faire pour l\u2019encourager, la FRH s\u2019est fait la championne du Projet des comportements g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, une initiative qui, dans le cadre du 150e anniversaire de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la
