Donation is to establish a new endowed chair in enthodermatology at the University’s Temerty Faculty of Medicine. The establishment of the chair is in response to address gaps and inequities in dermatological research, education, and patient care.

Donation is to the University’s Graduate School of International Studies, and will establish a scholarship fund in international studies.

Alair has announced a sponsorship with SickKids Foundation and has pledged $100,000 over five years.

Donation is from Amazon Canada’s Refugee Support Program. Funds will help provide counselling and mental health supports for refugees at the Sanctuary Refugee Health Centre.

Donation has allowed for the Vancouver Art Gallery to offer free admission to all visitors aged 18 and under for the next five years.

Donation is to Conestoga College’s new skilled trades campus in Cambridge. Through a combination of financial and gift-in-kind contributions, ATS has committed support to the College until 2026.

Donation is to Humber College’s Unlimited Campaign, and will focus on an endowment to enhance student success and support diversity through the Longo Family Scholarship Program in Small Business Entrepreneurship; an endowment to support experts and visiting professors who will deliver a training and mentorship program and provide start-up funds for students through the Longo Family Leader-in-Residence in Small Business Management program; provide seed money for business creators and scholarship support to high school students through the Longo Family Be Your Own Boss Workshops and Video Pitch Competition; and a student-led consulting business offering free professional business management advice, named the Longo Family Advisory: Student Business Consulting.

The donation, originating from the Kelowna partners of MNP Canada, will support the Family Hub Program. $50,000 will be given each year for three years.

Donation will establish a recurring four year scholarship for three students from outside of North America.

The Paletta Family has committed $50,000,000 to Hamilton Community Foundation, which will establish a new fund. $25,000,000 of the gift has been committed for the future.

Donation is in support of disaster relief and providing help to communities in need. Additionally, as a part of the Canadian Red Cross’ 19th annual campaign with Walmart Canada for disaster relief and preparedness, Walmart customers are invited to donate to Red Cross in stores and online throughout July.

Wilfrid Laurier University announced sponsorship deals with Waterloo Brewing and Mammoth Mug which will establish five new athletic scholarships for students.

Donation is to the County of Brant’s campaign for the construction of the new Cainsville community centre.
