Jasvir Nijjar

Jasvir Nijjar is a fundraising and philanthropy executive with more than 25 years of experience helping charities and purpose-driven organizations achieve ambitious fundraising goals and deepen their impact. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles with organizations including the United Way of Greater Toronto, University of Toronto, Heart & Stroke Foundation and Benevity.

At KCI, Jasvir works alongside organizations to develop fundraising strategies, strengthen donor relationships, and build the organizational capacity needed to create lasting impact. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and ability to build authentic, trusted relationships.

CHARITABLE INTERESTS:

Beyond her professional work, Jasvir is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She currently serves on the Board of Brave Beginnings, supporting women rebuilding their lives after gender-based violence. She has also contributed to numerous community initiatives focused on empowering women, fostering inclusion, and creating meaningful opportunities for connection and growth. She believes that some of the most meaningful change begins when people feel seen, supported, and inspired to act.
