Jill Anderson

Jill Anderson joined KCI in 2022 and brings over 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector to our team.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills, Jill is an accomplished project leader committed to quality and care for both clients and candidates. She applies strong facilitation and communication skills when delivering strategic guidance and insights throughout the search process. She is also a persistent researcher, proactively identifying and building new connections, a strength that delivers meaningful impact for our clients.

Prior to joining KCI, Jill worked with Hamilton Community Foundation for 11 years as the Director of Philanthropic Services, one of the largest Community Foundations in the country. In her role there she served as a senior leadership team member, having the opportunity to contribute to strategy, operations, and team leadership, as well as working closely with Board members, volunteers and community partners. Prior to that she spent several years at Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation and Juravinski Cancer Centre Foundation, as well as Toronto Foundation earlier in her career.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in Communication studies.

Jill is passionate about environmental conservation and causes that support the well-being of individuals, families, and communities. She has been an active volunteer, promotes sustainable practices and encourages others to get involved in preserving the environment and supporting the community.
