Louise Mussio

Associate Vice President, Strategy + Assessments

With over 25 years of experience in fundraising, Louise Mussio helps organizations build the philanthropic capacity to achieve their vision and create a better world. Since joining KCI in 2014, she has provided transformative counsel, coaching, and strategic support to a diverse range of clients, leveraging her expertise in evaluation, strategy, and communications to drive results.

In her current role, Louise continues to provide leadership and support to clients while leading and mentoring the project team within KCI’s Strategies and Assessments department. Together with her team, she seeks opportunities for enhancements, technology, and process improvements, with an eye for innovation and exploring new ways of thinking to elevate the impact of KCI’s work.

Known for her creativity, strategic thinking, and dedication to excellence, Louise combines her leadership skills with a passion for mentoring team members, fostering collaboration, and shaping the future of philanthropy.

CHARITABLE INTERESTS:

Louise values opportunities to support and uplift others. She served for several years on the Board of Directors of the George Herman House, a transitional home for women recovering from mental health challenges, and has supported refugee settlement efforts in Toronto through her church. She continues to be an active member of her church community, where she sings in the choir.
